Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is between the business that sent you this form (the “Provider”) and you, the client completing it (the “Client”).

  1. Services. The Provider will perform the services described below in a professional and workmanlike manner.
  2. Fees and payment. The Client will pay the fees described below, on the payment terms chosen. Late amounts may be charged interest where the law allows. Any expenses beyond the agreed fees need the Client’s approval first.
  3. Changes. Changes to the services or fees must be agreed in writing (email is fine) by both parties.
  4. Cancellation. Either party may end this agreement with fourteen (14) days’ written notice. The Client pays for services performed up to the end date.
  5. Confidentiality. Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential.
  6. Liability. Except where the law does not allow it, the Provider’s total liability is limited to the fees paid under this agreement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  7. General. This is the whole agreement between the parties and can only be changed in writing. Electronic signatures are valid and binding. The agreement takes effect when both parties have signed.
