  1. The quote covers only the work described above. Anything extra will be quoted and agreed in writing (email is fine) before we do it.
  2. Payment. The balance is due when the work is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  3. Cancelling. You can cancel before work starts and get your deposit back, less any costs we’ve already paid for materials ordered for you.
  4. Signing. By signing, you accept this quote. Electronic signatures are valid and binding.
