We’re much more than just forms
Forms, websites and AI in one place. Build any form in minutes, put it on your own website, take bookings, payments and e-signatures, and let AI draft your forms, your web pages and even your logo.
From sign-up to live website
Starter, Pro, Business or Enterprise. Try it free for 14 days, with no credit card needed.
Add Website for a full website on your own domain (included with Business and Enterprise), or just put your forms on the site you already have.
Start from a ready-made site for your industry, with its form already connected, or just describe your business and let AI write the whole page, even a simple logo (Pro and up). Add your words and photos, then click Publish.
Visitors fill in your form, and you get an email. It works on phones too.
Real example: escapesolarnow.com was built with the AI site builder and put on its own domain in under 5 minutes, plus the time the domain provider took to update DNS.
Build multi-page forms with real drag-and-drop reordering — no code, no waiting on a developer.
Short answer, dropdowns, dates, ratings, sliders, phone/email fields with built-in format checks, appointment time slots, image banners, section headings, order tables, and more — the right input for every answer.
Let a visitor add as many dependents, line items, or extra contacts as they need on one page — you set the minimum and maximum, they never see duplicate fields.
Show, hide, or skip pages and fields based on how someone answers, so every visitor only sees what applies to them.
Describe the form you need in plain words and AI drafts it in seconds: the questions, the choices and a thank-you message. Mention prices and it adds the order total and takes payment by card. Or give it your website and it uses your real services and prices. Then let AI summarize a long submission, or the last week of them, in a few bullet points.
A signature pad or typed-name consent, with IP address, timestamp, and the exact consent text logged at signing time. Need two signatures? On Pro and up, a second signer gets a private link to review and countersign, and both get the signed PDF. You can also send any agreement or quote to someone to sign, with the price and details already filled into the wording, and see when it's opened and signed.
Put your logo at the top of every form and thank-you page (Pro and up), set form-wide colors and fonts, then fine-tune any individual field's size, weight, and style from simple presets — no CSS required.
Let customers book a free time slot from your opening hours, with your Google Calendar's busy times hidden and every booking added to it. Reminder emails go out automatically, and customers can reschedule or cancel themselves (appointments are on Pro and up). List your services with their own length and price (a cut, a colour, a full groom), keep time free before and after, and only times long enough are offered; on Business, each team member gets their own calendar, services and buffers. On Pro and up, push signed submissions into a Google Doc template, too.
Every submission lands as a new row in a spreadsheet you control — columns are created and kept up to date automatically as your form changes, no setup to maintain.
Connect your Google Drive once and every finished submission is saved as a PDF, signatures included, in the folder you choose. We only see that folder, nothing else in your Drive.
Built into every form, not bolted on: switch on FormWitness and every visit gets a certificate ID, with a tamper-evident record of what the person saw and ticked, like Jornaya or TrustedForm but kept on our own servers. Typed answers stay hidden in the recording, and call centers that buy your leads can claim each certificate from their own login (Business and Enterprise plans; for lead buyers).
Send every completed submission wherever your other systems live, automatically, and route each one to the right person by its answers (Pro and up).
Drop one script tag into any site, on any stack — the form loads in an iframe that resizes itself to fit. Or put it on a front-desk tablet in kiosk mode: full screen, fresh for each person, and it clears itself if someone walks away (kiosk mode is on Pro and up).
See how many people open each form, start it and finish it. On Pro and up, see which page they drop off on and where your submissions come from, including QR code scans, and add your own Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Meta Pixel to count visits and finished forms as conversions for your ads. Days follow your own time zone.
Download a QR code in your colours with your logo in the middle, or print a ready-made sign. Put it on flyers, receipts or your front desk, and see which submissions came from a scan.
Send a link (or QR code) that opens the form with answers already filled in: a customer's name, an account number, the campaign or salesperson that sent them. Lock those answers so they can't be changed, and fill in today's date, the time or the page the visitor came from automatically.
List your products and prices, and visitors pick quantities (or let the form count them, like one seat per guest added) — line totals, tax, shipping and the grand total are calculated for them. Then they pay right there, by card through your own Stripe or Square account (choose one for each form, or let the visitor pick): order totals, set fees or donations, with suggested amounts and an “Other amount” box if you like. Or let them pay another way (e-Transfer, cheque, cash, invoice), each with its own how-to-pay instructions, send a reminder, and mark it paid when the money arrives. Every payment is labelled with the form and submission, ready for your accounting software. Keep one product list with prices, your costs and stock counts (or bring your items, SKUs and stock in from Square or Shopify in one go): items show “Sold out” at zero, you get an email when stock runs low, and a sales report shows what sold and your profit, month by month. On Business, keep stock in several warehouses or stores: orders ship from the nearest one that has everything. Our platform fee drops from 1% on Starter to 0.5% on Pro, and there is no platform fee at all on Business and Enterprise.
Turn your website into a shop: product pages with photos, a cart, discount codes, sales tax by address and shipping rates by zone. Connect Printful and paid orders go straight to them to be printed and shipped, with the tracking emailed to your customer. Customers see their orders, track them and print receipts on a My orders page at your own address.
Sell ebooks, PDFs, audiobooks and templates: as soon as someone pays, they get a private download link by email and on the thank-you page. Each link works 10 times for 30 days, a refund closes it, and you can send fresh links any time. Authors can show their books on their website with covers, link each one straight to its Amazon page with their Associates tag, or sell copies themselves.
Get every submission in your inbox the moment it arrives, with a PDF copy attached if you like, send the person who filled it in an automatic "we've got it" confirmation, and get a summary of your week every Monday. Your confirmations, reminders and letters can come from your own address, like [email protected], so customers recognise you and replies come straight to you (Pro and up). Your thank-you page can carry your own message and a button back to your website.
Long form? Visitors can save their answers and get an emailed link that brings them back to the exact page they left. Every submission also downloads as a clean, printable PDF.
When a submission comes in, have the next steps happen by themselves: email the right people with the answers and PDF, assign it, change its status, or send a pre-filled follow-up form, like an agreement to sign after an intake (Business and up). If a step can't run, say the next form isn't published yet, you're emailed and can try it again in one click once it's fixed.
Hand off cases and internal processes across connected departments or companies, like an intake team and a law firm: pass a case to the next account automatically, with every repeating entry like each loan or dependent, find partner businesses in a directory, log billable work and send statements, have letters written from the answers and sent once you approve them (from your own letter templates), and connect your own apps with signed event webhooks and an API. Clients can follow their case in a portal at your own address, and your team gets a login page on your own domain with your logo. Contact us to set it up.
Everyone who fills in a form becomes a contact automatically, matched by email or phone. Open anyone to see every form they sent, their appointments, payments, signatures and the emails you sent them, in one timeline. Tag them, add team notes, merge duplicates, import your Square customers in one click, bring your Shopify customers over from Shopify’s export (with their email and SMS consent), and import or download a spreadsheet.
Track every lead on a board of deals by stage, with values and totals. Drag deals along as they progress, add follow-up tasks with due dates, and get a reminder email each morning. Reports show what you won and lost each month, your win rate and which forms bring in the deals that close. Automations can add the deal and the task the moment a form comes in. On Business and up.
Give each submission a status (New, In progress, Waiting, Approved, Declined, Done), assign it to someone on your team, and keep internal notes (Pro and up). Everyone sees what's theirs and nothing slips through.
Invisible bot traps on every form, plus a smart filter that sends sales pitches, link spam and gibberish to a Spam folder instead of your inbox (with an AI second opinion on borderline ones). Real visitors sail through.
Bring your whole team into one account with Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer roles, so everyone can help build without everyone holding the keys. Owners and admins can lock important published forms so nobody deletes them by accident.
Every website page gets a score out of 100 and a simple checklist: title, description, headings, text, contact details and more, each with a one-line fix. On Pro and up, AI suggests a better title and description in one click.
Describe your business, or give it your current website, and AI writes a whole website page for you: the banner, your services, how it works, an about section and the call to action, in a layout and colours that suit you, with a matching form built in and even a simple logo if you need one. Then add more pages, like Services or FAQ, the same way. You get a draft to read through and change before anything goes live (Pro and up).
Add a blog to your website: write posts with photos, publish now or schedule them, and they appear on your site with an RSS feed and share buttons, and on your WordPress site too if you have one (Pro and up). Show your latest posts on any page, add a map with your opening hours and a “Get directions” button for a shop or office, and drag your page sections into any order.
Show your work: a Gallery section for artists, photographers and makers, in a grid, a masonry layout or full-width rows, with up to 60 pieces. Add a title, medium and size, price and an Available or Sold label to each piece, let visitors filter by category, and open any piece full screen. Each piece can have its own “Buy a print” link or an “Ask about this piece” button that opens your form.
Sign up and log in with your Google account, and protect every login with two-step codes from an authenticator app or email. Owners can require two-step login for the whole team.
Fewer mistakes and fewer people giving up: addresses are suggested as people type (US and Canada) and fill in the city, state and ZIP for them, dates can be simple Month · Day · Year drop-downs (and a “need it by” date can’t be in the past), browsers can fill in saved contact details, phone numbers are tidied to North American (555-123-4567) or international format, and if something needs fixing, a “Show me” link takes them straight to it.
Stop scammers sending email as your business and keep your own email out of spam. Add two records once and we manage your SPF and DMARC from then on: tick the services that send for you, and we keep the records correct and under SPF’s limits. Daily checks, an alert if anything breaks, and plain-English reports of who sends email as you. Add encrypted delivery (MTA-STS) and your logo in inboxes (BIMI) the same way. Pro includes 3 domains, Business 5. Check any domain free first.
A short guide gets new accounts going: tell us what you need, forms for your existing website or a whole website, and what it’s for. We suggest templates that fit and fill in the AI builder for you. Already have a domain? We work out where its DNS lives and show you exactly what to add, for a main domain or a subdomain like shop.yourbusiness.com. Need one? We walk you through Cloudflare, which sells domains at cost.
Click Help on any page for an instant answer with the exact buttons to click, or talk to a person on our team in the same chat. We reply there, and by email if you’ve left the page.
Build forms and websites for your clients? Manage all their accounts from one login, set each one up with your saved templates, give them a login page with your logo, and hand the account over when you’re done. Sell clients your own monthly support plans, paid straight to your Stripe account, with their plan bundled in if you like. Approved Agency Partners also get a revenue share and a partner kit with their own QR code. See the agency program, or how agency partners make money.
A quick tour of everything in one place, then short videos on each part. Each one is narrated, with captions you can turn on.
Quotes, bookings, patient intake, legal intake, enrollments, applications and waivers — for contractors, salons, medical and dental clinics, law offices, schools and daycares, real estate, auto shops, nonprofits, events, bands, HR and more. Change anything you like.

Check your domain’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC in seconds. Get a grade, plain-English findings and the exact records to fix it. It stops scammers spoofing your business, and helps keep your quotes, receipts and form confirmations out of spam.
Yes. Every form comes with a one-line embed code you paste into your website — WordPress and most site builders support it, as does any hand-built HTML page. The form resizes itself to fit and works on phones and desktops.
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked, no credit card required. Choose a plan any time before the trial ends to keep going.
Yes, on the Pro plan and up. Add an Appointment question, set your opening hours, appointment length and time zone, and customers pick a free time slot. List your services with how long each takes (a cut, a colour, both), and customers only see times long enough for what they picked, with the time you keep free before and after. On Business, one form can book several staff members, each with their own calendar and buffers and the services they do, and customers can choose who they see. Nobody can book a time that's already taken. Share your Google Calendar with us and its busy times are hidden, and every booking is added to it with the customer's details. Customers get a confirmation email with an Add to calendar file and your video meeting link (Google Meet, Zoom or Teams). A reminder email goes out before the appointment (24 hours by default), and customers can reschedule or cancel themselves from a link in their emails; you're told whenever they do and your calendar updates. It works with payments too, for paid sessions.
If a payment for a paid plan fails or the plan ends, your account stays online for 7 days while you update your card, with reminders along the way. After that it pauses until you pay, and nothing is deleted. A free trial pauses as soon as it ends if you haven't chosen a plan; log in any time to pick one, with 50% off your first month for 30 days after the trial ends.
Yes. Add products with photos, prices and stock, and your website gets product pages, a cart and a checkout, with discount codes, sales tax and shipping. Connect Printful and paid orders go to them to be printed and shipped, with tracking emailed to the customer. Card payments go to your own Stripe or Square account.
Yes, on every plan. Set a product to Digital and add the files (EPUB, PDF, MP3, ZIP and more). As soon as someone pays, they get a private download link by email and on the thank-you page; each works 10 times for 30 days, and a refund closes it. Authors can also link each book straight to its Amazon page with their Associates tag.
Yes, on the Business plan. Add each warehouse or store as a stock location and see every product’s count at each one. Orders ship from the location that has everything, nearest the customer, and you can change it on the order.
Yes. On the Team page, choose where each person lands when they log in, and for an Editor or Viewer, which menu items and project tabs they can use. Everything else is hidden from their menu. A Paralegal preset sets it up in one click: just the cases, client files and settlement desk. Owners and admins always see everything.
Yes. When a client signs a form, approves a counter-offer or sends a message, or a creditor answers or writes on your settlement desk, a bar at the top of every page says there's new activity on that client, with a link straight to it. Each case opens with its next step and everything new since anyone last looked.
Yes. Describe what the form is for and what you need to ask, for example "a quote request for a landscaping company with property type, services, budget and photos", and AI drafts a complete form in seconds. Mention prices ("$120 per person plus 5% GST, take payment by card") and it adds an order total with tax, a section for each guest, and sets the form to charge by card through Stripe. You can also give it your website address and it reads that page to use your business name, services and prices. It's a normal draft you can change before publishing. Every plan includes 20 AI drafts a month, free trials too.
Yes. Open any submission and click Summarize for a few bullet points: who it's from, what they want, dates or amounts, and anything that needs a follow-up. Or summarize a form's last 7 or 30 days of submissions to see the main themes, anything urgent and common questions at a glance. Starter includes 10 AI summaries a month, Pro 100 and Business 300.
Yes, on the Pro plan and up. Turn on Kiosk mode in the form's Settings and open its kiosk link on the tablet. The form runs full screen, shows your thank-you message after each submission, then starts a fresh form for the next person. If someone walks away halfway, it asks "Are you still there?" and starts over, so the next person never sees their answers.
Yes. Add a Signature field and visitors can draw or type their signature. The exact consent wording, their IP address, and the time of signing are recorded with it, and the signature appears on the submission's PDF. For agreements like an NDA, turn on Second signature (Pro and up): after the first person signs, a teammate or the other party gets an email link to review and sign too, and both receive the signed PDF. Ready-made Mutual NDA, confidentiality, service and contractor agreement templates are included.
Yes. On the form's Share tab, the Pre-fill link card lets you pick questions and their answers and gives you a link (or a QR code) that opens the form with them filled in, for example the customer's name or which salesperson sent it. Tick "Lock it if it's pre-filled" on a question and visitors can see that answer but not change it. Questions can also fill themselves in with today's date, the current time, the page the visitor came from or the page the form is on. Included on every plan.
Yes. Add a File upload question and visitors can attach a photo, PDF, Word or Excel document, or other everyday file, up to 10 MB each. Files are stored securely (never on a public web address), you can preview and download them from the submission, and your notification emails and Google Sheets include a private download link. Storage is 1 GB on Starter, 10 GB on Pro and 50 GB on Business.
Every submission is saved in your account, where you can view it, download it as a PDF or export everything to CSV. You can also have each one emailed to you (with the PDF attached if you like), added to a Google Sheet, filled into a Google Doc, or sent to your other systems by webhook.
Yes, on the Pro plan and up. Give each submission a status (New, In progress, Waiting, Approved, Declined or Done), assign it to someone on your team (they get an email), and add internal notes only your team can see. Filter your submissions by status or by who they're assigned to, and everyone sees their own open ones at the top of their Submissions page.
Yes. Add a Calculation question and write a simple formula from other answers, like a price times a quantity, a total across every entry of a repeating group, or a percentage, and it can choose between two amounts with IF (for example, add this month's payment only when someone says they haven't made it yet). It updates live as people type, or stays hidden so only your team sees it, and it's saved with every response. There are also Dollar amount, Website link, Yes / No, Agreement and 0-10 recommend score questions.
Yes. Watch the overview in the See it in action section, or all 30 short videos on the Videos page: building forms with AI, your website, bookings, payments, signatures, contacts and your sales pipeline, sharing, results and more. Each is one to two minutes, narrated, with captions you can turn on.
Yes, Contacts is built in, on every plan. Everyone who fills in one of your forms is added automatically, matched by email or phone so repeat customers aren't duplicated. Each contact shows every form they've sent, appointments, payments and refunds, signatures and team notes on one timeline. Tag people, search, merge duplicates, add people by hand, import your Square customers in one click, bring over your Shopify customers from Shopify’s export, and import or download a CSV. On Business and up you also get a sales pipeline (deals by stage, with values) and follow-up tasks with a daily reminder email, which form automations can fill in for you, plus reports on what you won and lost, your win rate and which forms bring in the deals.
Yes. The Order items field lets you list products and prices; visitors choose quantities and see line totals, tax, shipping and the grand total calculated for them. Connect your own Stripe account and they pay when they submit — the money goes straight to you, less Stripe's card fee and our small platform fee (1% on Starter, 0.5% on Pro, and none on Business or Enterprise). It works for set fees and donations too (visitors can pick a suggested amount or type their own), people can choose to pay another way such as e-Transfer or cheque, and you can refund a payment in full or in part with one click from your Payments page.
Yes. Invite teammates by email and give each one Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer access. Starter includes 2 logins, Pro 5 and Business 10 — you can see who created each form, and assign submissions to whoever is looking after them. Invited teammates get an email link to set their own password; if you add someone with a temporary password, they choose their own the first time they log in.
Probably. There are ready-made forms for home and trade services, salons and fitness, medical and dental clinics, law offices, real estate and property management, schools and daycares, events and hospitality, music and entertainment, nonprofits, HR, and auto and pet businesses, plus personal sites, resumes and portfolios — with matching one-page websites for many of them. Every template can be changed to fit how you work.
Yes. Pick a ready-made personal site in Site Builder: a personal brand page for yourname.com, an online resume with an experience timeline, or a portfolio for artists, photographers, freelancers, coaches, authors and speakers. Each one comes with a matching form already connected, like a commission request, a hire-me project form, a discovery call or a speaking request, and you can publish it on your own domain.
Yes. Switch on the Map & directions section on any page, type your address and opening hours, and add a note like parking. Visitors get a Get directions button that opens their maps app, and the map itself only loads when they click it, so nothing from Google runs until they ask for it. You can drag it, like any section, to wherever you want it on the page.
Yes, on every plan. Under Products & stock, keep your products with prices, your cost and a stock count, or import your Square item library (SKUs, sizes, photos and stock counts) or a Shopify export in one go, and keep stock in step with Square so counter sales and online orders share one count. Use them on any form; stock counts down with each completed order, items show Sold out at zero, and you get an email when something runs low. The Sales report shows sales and profit month by month and your best sellers.
Yes. In Site Builder, open a page and click Add a section: picture and text side by side, formatted text, questions and answers, testimonials, numbers, prices and packages, a call to action with your own buttons, logos, or a divider. Add as many as you like, drag them into place, duplicate or delete them. Every section also has its own style: background (white, light grey, your colour, dark or a photo), spacing, alignment, width, and an option to hide it on phones.
Yes, on the Pro plan and up with Site Builder. Write posts with headings, photos and links, save drafts, publish now or schedule them, and sort them into categories. Your blog uses your site’s own look, joins your site menu, has an RSS feed and share buttons, and AI can write a first draft for you to make your own. Connect your WordPress site and every post is copied there too, with a link back to the original.
Yes, on the Pro plan and up. Start from an agreement template (quotes, rental agreements, photo releases, NDAs, service and contractor agreements) or add a Signature question to any form. On its Share tab, type the person’s name and email, fill in what you already know (like the price), and send. They get a private link, the agreement’s wording fills in with the answers, and you see when it’s opened and signed. Add a second signature to countersign, and everyone gets the signed PDF.
Yes, on the Pro plan and up (and during your free trial). Add your Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel ID once and it works on every form and every page of your website: visits, form starts and finished forms (as generate_lead in Google Analytics and Lead for the Pixel, ready to use as conversions for your ads). Forms embedded on your own website pass their starts and finishes to your website’s own tags. Visitors are asked for cookie consent first, and nobody’s answers are ever sent to Google or Meta.
Yes, on the Pro plan and up (and during your free trial). Add your logo once on the Account page and it shows at the top of your forms and thank-you pages, or upload a different logo for a particular form on its Style tab. Choose left, center or right and small, medium or large, or pick no logo at all. On the Starter plan, forms show a small Built with All Purpose Forms mark underneath instead. On Business, your logo also goes on the emails your forms send and on PDF copies.
Yes, with Automations on the Business plan and up (and during your free trial). On a form's Settings, add an automation: when a submission is complete (or its status changes), email the right people with the answers and PDF, assign it to a team member, change its status, and send the person a follow-up form with their answers already filled in and locked, such as an engagement agreement to sign. When the follow-up comes back, its answers can update the original: for example, a lender who accepts a settlement offer marks the offer Approved. The two submissions are linked in Results, so you can see when the follow-up is done. If a step can't run, for example because the follow-up form is still a draft, owners and admins are emailed and a bar at the top of the app says so; fix it and click Try again, and only the missing step is sent.
Every Email question checks for common slips as they type, like gmail.copm, hotmial.com or yahoo.con, and asks "Did you mean [email protected]?" with a one-click fix. If they press Submit without answering, the form points it out once, then lets a real but unusual address through. Answers that arrive another way, such as a pre-filled link, show the same hint on the Submissions page with a Use this button, so your confirmations and agreements don't bounce.
Yes, on the Custom plan. Connect your account with a partner business that also uses All Purpose Forms and hand cases to them automatically, or pass a case on with Send to… and send it back when you’re done. Only the answers you choose are shared (mark a question Keep in this company and it never leaves), files can go along, and every business sees where the case has been, messages the others on it and gets a nudge when a step is overdue. Each business can log billable time and fees on its own step, choose whether to share the totals, turn the work into a numbered statement emailed as a PDF, and see it all in a work report. A directory lets connected businesses find each other and invite with one click, and standard case-file questions for legal, debt relief, real estate, insurance, accounting and home services mean answers go across with no mapping. Letters (such as notices to a bank or lender) can be written from the answers, approved by you and emailed as a PDF on your letterhead. Your developers can also receive signed event webhooks and use an API to read submissions, change their status and send follow-up forms. Contact us (the form at the bottom of this page) to set it up.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the Billing page. When you upgrade you pay only the difference for the rest of the month; when you downgrade, the unused part becomes a credit on your next bill.
Yes. Pay yearly and save up to 2 months: Starter is $190 a year, Pro is $390 a year, Business is $790 a year. Switch between monthly and yearly any time from Billing. Registered nonprofits and charities get a discount on any plan, monthly or yearly, once we've verified their status. Tick "We're a registered nonprofit or charity" when you sign up and add your registration or EIN number (now or later on the Billing page); we'll review it, usually within one business day.
Every plan includes the full form builder — conditional logic, e-signatures, order forms and card payments, PDF copies, save and finish later, email notifications, Google Sheets, spam protection, the AI form builder and Contacts, a built-in CRM. Pro adds appointment booking with Google Calendar, kiosk mode, the AI site builder (including adding pages with AI), two-party signing, progress tracking with notes, webhooks, Google Docs, routing rules, full analytics and the weekly summary, lets you put your own logo on forms (or none) instead of the Built with All Purpose Forms badge, and lowers the card fee from 1% to 0.5%. Business adds your website on your own domain, your own logo and sender name on emails and PDFs, automations and connected forms, a sales pipeline with follow-up tasks and reports, an activity log of who did what, no platform fee on card payments and priority support. File storage grows with your plan: 1 GB, 10 GB, then 50 GB. Every free trial includes everything, so you can try it all. Plans also differ by how many forms, submissions and logins you get, website hosting, and support. Use Compare all plans in the pricing section to see everything side by side.
Yes. Pages gives you ready-made website templates — add your text, photos and colors, add an About Us page and more (Starter 3, Pro 5, Business 8, Enterprise 10 pages per site, About Us included), put any of your forms on any page, and publish. Your own domain, like yourbusiness.com, is included. It comes free with the Business plan, or add it to Starter or Pro for $10/month on the same monthly bill.
Yes, on the Pro plan and up (and during your free trial). In Site Builder, choose Build a site with AI, describe your business in a sentence or two or paste your current website address, and AI picks a layout and colours and writes every section, with a matching form and a simple logo if you like. It's saved as a draft, so you can change anything and add your own photos before you publish. Not quite right? Redo with AI rewrites the page with your extra notes (keeping your photos and form), or designs a fresh logo. Need more pages? Add a page with AI writes a Services, Pricing, FAQ or any other page that matches the rest of your site. Each uses one of your plan's monthly AI drafts (two if it also creates the form).
Every page has a built-in SEO check: a score out of 100 and a checklist (title, description, main heading, amount of text, business name, contact details, link-preview photo and more), each with a one-line fix. On Pro and up, Improve with AI suggests a better title and description. Pages on your own domain are found by search engines once they're published.
Yes. Open a page and click Change template to preview and switch to any other layout. Your business name, logo, phone and form are kept. If the page is live, you work on a new version while the current one stays up, and publishing swaps it in at the same address.
Yes. Pages includes one site on your own domain. Add extra sites for $9/month each — every site gets its own domain and its own full set of pages (Starter 3, Pro 5, Business 8, Enterprise 10 per site). Enterprise includes up to 10 sites.
It checks any domain’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, the settings Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo use to decide whether email really comes from you. You get a grade and the exact records to fix anything missing, at allpurposeforms.com/email-check.php. It’s free and needs no sign-up. With an account, Email security goes further and manages your SPF and DMARC for you, with alerts if something changes: every plan includes domains (Starter 1, Pro 3, Business 5, Enterprise unlimited), and more are $2/month each.
Add two DNS records at the company where you bought your domain and we handle the secure certificates — visitors can type your address with or without www. The setup guide looks up where your domain’s DNS is managed and shows the exact records, for a main domain or a subdomain like shop.yourbusiness.com. Our step-by-step guide covers GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare and more: allpurposeforms.com/custom-domain.php. You can connect your domain free during your trial, with no card needed.
Yes, with FormWitness™, on the Business and Enterprise plans. Switch it on for a form and each visit gets a certificate ID that goes out with the answers. We keep a tamper-evident recording of what was on screen and what they clicked or ticked (anything typed is hidden), plus the exact consent notice they saw and when. Each certificate is signed and independently timestamped, and anyone you share the ID with can check it’s genuine. Your team can replay the visit and download an evidence pack PDF, share them with the connected businesses a case is handed to, or send a secure, expiring evidence link with each lead so a lead buyer or call center can see the proof too. Call centers can also get their own login to claim the certificates of leads they buy (allpurposeforms.com/buyers). Recordings stay on our own servers, never with a third party. FormWitness is an electronic record of the visit; it is not a witness or notary where the law requires one.
Yes, on the Custom plan. When a client signs an agreement with monthly payments, their portal shows every payment date and amount, marks each one paid or late, shows what they’ve paid and their balance, and lets them ask to move a payment within your rules. They get a reminder before each payment and a numbered receipt when you record one, and your team is told when a payment is late. All Purpose Forms keeps the records; the money is collected the way you already collect it.
Yes. Everything runs over secure https, passwords are never stored in readable form, you can sign in with your Google account, and you can turn on two-step login so a code from your phone or email is needed to log in. New logins get a link to set their own password, and any temporary password must be changed at first login. Owners can require two-step login for their whole team. If our support team ever opens your account to help you, billing, payments and logins stay locked, your submissions, contacts and other records stay private unless you allow it for a set time, and every visit is listed on your Team page.
Yes. Add a Gallery section to any website page: a grid, a masonry layout or full-width rows, with up to 60 pieces. Each piece can have a title, medium and size, a price, an Available or Sold label and its own link (like "Buy a print"), visitors can filter by category, and clicking a piece opens it full screen.
Yes. An agency account manages all its clients' accounts from one login: set each client up with your saved form templates, give them a login page with your logo, and hand the account over when you're done. Once a client has their own owner login, they decide whether you can see their records. You can also sell clients your own monthly support plans, paid straight to your Stripe account. Approved Agency Partners also earn a revenue share and get a partner kit with a QR code that gives new clients 10% off their first month. See allpurposeforms.com/for-agencies.php, or get in touch to talk about it.
Yes, on every plan. In the form’s Settings, under Thank-you page, add your own message and a button with your link and label (or set one button for all your forms on the Account page). You can also have the thank-you page take them there by itself after 3 to 30 seconds, with a Stay on this page link. On a form embedded in your website, the whole page goes there.
Yes. Connect Stripe, Square or both on the Payments page. Each form can use Stripe, Square, either one automatically, or let the visitor choose. The money goes straight to your own account, and customers pay on Stripe’s or Square’s secure checkout. You can also offer e-Transfer, cheque, cash or invoice, each with its own instructions.
Yes. Add your domain in Email security and add three records once. Your confirmations, reminders, letters and signing requests then come from an address like [email protected], signed with your domain, and replies go straight to you. It’s included on the Pro plan and up.
Each plan includes emails to your customers every month: Starter 100, Pro 1,000, Business 5,000, and Enterprise by quote. Notifications to your own team don’t count. Emails are never held back: you get a heads-up at 80%, and you can add 5,000 more for $6 if you need them.
Yes. Every account (except Enterprise plans) has its own refer-a-friend link and QR code on the Account page. When someone signs up with it and has been a paying customer for 30 days, you get one month of your plan free, taken off your next bill. There's no limit on how many free months you can earn.
Every form has invisible protection that quietly blocks bots and limits repeat submissions. Anything that still looks like spam (links, sales pitches, throwaway emails, gibberish, your own block words) goes to a Spam folder instead of your inbox, with no emails sent. Borderline ones get an AI second opinion, and one click on Not spam sends a real one on as normal. You can also turn on a quick CAPTCHA check for any form.
