For call centers & lead buyers

Every lead you buy,
with its proof of consent.

When your lead seller uses FormWitness™, each lead comes with a certificate ID. Claim it from your own login to watch the visit, see what the person ticked, and download the evidence pack whenever you need it.

How it works

No integration needed to start. Just the certificate ID and the details you already received with the lead.

Get your login

Tell us about your business. We switch your account on for Lead certificates.

Add a certificate

Type the certificate ID that came with the lead, and the lead’s email or phone as you received it.

Open it any time

The certificate, the replay and the evidence pack stay in your list, searchable by your own lead ID.

What you get for each lead

The same certificate the seller has, opened from your own login.

The signed certificate

When the person visited, what the form showed, what they ticked and when they submitted, signed by All Purpose Forms with an independent timestamp.

A replay of the visit

Watch the visit the way the person saw it: the page, the consent wording, the clicks and ticks. What they typed stays hidden unless the seller chose to show it.

The evidence pack

Download the certificate and its proof as one file, to keep your own copy or send to your compliance team.

Your own reference

Add your lead ID when you claim a certificate, then find it again by that ID or the certificate ID.

Logins for your team

Everyone on your team gets their own login. People with the Viewer role can look at certificates but can’t add them.

Every certificate in one list

Seller, form, when it was submitted, whether it’s signed and timestamped, and links to the replay and evidence pack.

The seller decides

Lead buyers can only claim certificates on forms where the seller has allowed it.

Both details must match

The certificate ID and the lead’s email or phone. Every miss gives the same message, so nobody can go fishing.

Every try is logged

Too many misses in an hour and the account has to wait. The seller sees each claim on the lead.

Selling leads?

Switch on FormWitness for your forms and tick “Let lead buyers claim a lead’s certificate”. Your buyers can check consent themselves, without asking you for recordings.

Questions

Where does the certificate ID come from?

From the seller. When a lead is captured on a form with FormWitness™ switched on, its certificate ID (it looks like APF-7K2M-9QXD-4TPA-W3HN) goes out with the lead in their webhook, email or export.

Can I see any lead I like?

No. You need both the certificate ID and the lead’s email address or phone number, and the seller has to allow lead buyers on that form. Until all three match, you see nothing about the lead, and every try is logged.

What if my seller doesn’t use All Purpose Forms?

Certificates only exist for forms with FormWitness switched on. Ask your lead sellers about it, or send them to us and we’ll help them set it up.

How long are recordings kept?

For the period the seller chose, 4 years as standard. The certificate itself is kept after that. Download the evidence pack to keep your own copy for as long as you need.

Does a certificate make a lead compliant?

No. A certificate is evidence of what happened on the visit. It isn’t legal advice, and it doesn’t on its own make a lead compliant with any law. Your own counsel can tell you what you need.

How do I get a login?

Get in touch and tell us about your business and who you buy leads from. We switch your account on for Lead certificates and show you around.

A FormWitness™ certificate is evidence of a visit to a form. It isn’t legal advice and doesn’t on its own make a lead compliant with any law. Recordings are kept for the period the seller chose. The example above is for illustration.
